DESCRIPTION

P-RESORCINOL COMPLEX 1%. Intensive depigmenting treatment for localized spots. Bottle with dropper 30ml. Its fast-absorbing fluid gel texture is ideal for targeted application on spots.

TARGETS

INDICATIONS

​Concentrated drops, specific for targeted action on the stain. Corrects skin discolorations of the face, neck, décolleté and hands. Contains pure p-Resorcinol at its maximum usage concentration for intensive and localized action on the stain. Assets are in bold.

In some cases, a slight transient itching and/or redness may occur. Avoid lesions, periocular and labial areas.

COMPOSITION

• p-Resorcinol, or Phenylethyl Resorcinol, acts at the level of the tyrosinase enzyme. It modulates the production of melanin and is effective in the reduction and correction of skin dyschromia, such as sun spots, chloasma of pregnancy, melasma, post-inflammatory hyperchromia.
• Allantoin, soothing and protective, makes the formula effective in respecting the skin's balance, and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid exerts a moisturizing filling action on the surface.

USE

​For an intensive and targeted lightening action, in the evening apply a drop directly to the spot to be treated. After the Serum has been completely absorbed, apply the anti-spot fluid or your usual night cream all over your face. During the first week of use, apply every two days.

PRECAUTIONS

Do not use on sensitive, reactive or irritated skin. Avoid lesions, periocular and labial areas. A slight itching and/or transient redness is an indication of the activity of the product. • High molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Moisturizing surface filling action.
• p-Resorcinol. p-Resorcinol, or Phenylethyl Resorcinol, is a depigmenting active ingredient derived from pinosylvin contained in Scots pine wood. This compound has proven to be one of the most important depigmenting active ingredients of the latest generation. It combines a strong lightening action with a high skin tolerance profile. Its anti-stain activity was compared to that of kojic acid, the result can be easily seen in the graph below. The two active ingredients act at the level of the tyrosinase enzyme: they regulate the production of melanin and reduce existing skin dyschromia. p-Resorcinol, in addition to its high dermo-compatibility, proves to be more active than kojic acid at very low concentrations.
